Vision is the image born in the soul’s imagination, seeking to take shape in reality.
The Story: Envisions Hub vision is the image born in the soul’s imagination, a calling to take form in the real world. Envisions Hub emerged through a conscious search: to find a name aligned with our inner intention and attuned to the frequency of human nature. The name “Envisions” stems from the verb envision, which derives from the Latin in (“within”) and videre (“to see”).
It expresses the power of imagination, dreaming and creative thinking. It symbolizes the process by which ideas, aspirations and goals take shape. It reflects an optimistic, visionary way of being a path of personal growth and inner transformation toward a clearer, more meaningful future.
The Retreat in Crete was our starting point, born from a vision to create genuine experiences of connection, personal evolution and transformation. Envisions Hub is the natural continuation of this path. Here, our journeys meet, to help you discover your own path, in every aspect of life.
Our logo design draws inspiration from our homeland: the smile that brings the joy of change, the magical light of the Cretan sun, Mount Psiloritis, a symbol of our land and of the summits we aim to reach and the colors of the Minoan palaces breathing life into the vision we are building together.

The En-Visioner
There’s an old tale about the world’s tiniest bird: the hummingbird.One day, a fire broke out in the forest. While all the other animals ran away in fear, the hummingbird continued to fly back and forth, carrying only a single drop of water each time.
The elephant, rushing to escape the flames, asked:
Do you really think you can put out the fire
with just a drop of water?"
And the little bird replied:
"I'm doing my part."
I am Irini Gonianaki, and I was born in Crete, a land of deep tradition, raw authenticity, light and truth. An island both blessed and full of challenges Opportunities for growth, both personal and professional, were limited here and traveling regularly wasn’t always an option.
That’s when I asked myself:
How can I shift this reality?
How can I make this kind of opportunity accessible to others in my homeland?
That’s how my own “drop” took shape and Retreat in Crete was born. I began inviting the very people who had inspired and helped me grow turning Crete into a space of gathering, exchange and personal transformation. A place to be moved, to grow, to evolve.
